Client quotation vs estimate

Teams use “quote” and “estimate” loosely. On this site a quotation is the offer you put in front of a buyer (sales quote). An estimate is the same engine aimed at a job price before work, with Estimate Maker copy and EST- numbers. Neither page prints posters of sayings.

What should I put on a client quote?

Parties, a QUO- number, the proposed lines, tax if needed, and a validity sentence. Keep scope in the notes so the buyer knows what the quotation covers. Do not paste literature here; this form is for commercial pricing.

No. We don't file taxes, send the quote, or give legal/tax advice. You download the PDF. Not tax or accounting software.

Is my buyer list uploaded when I fill the form?

The free quotation stays in the browser until you hit Download PDF. We do not index other people's quotes. There is a daily cap so the generator is not scraped as an API.

Why is there a brand line on the free quotation?

Free PDFs include a small site credit. You still download without signing in. Pricing describes paid brand-free files; checkout is not wired on this tool page.
